Capacitance measurement

Hi all, I try to make a simple simulation. I want to calculate the capacitance between two plates and the variation with the variation of epsilon's sphere, but it doesn't work. Where I'm wrong? Moreover where can I set up the boaundary condition of continuity? I don't find it.
