Create Spherical Geometry from txt file

I have a group of spheres arranged into a text file that looks like

diameter x_center y_center z_center
# # # #
# # # #
# # # #

Is there any way in COMSOL to create a sphere centered at (x,y,z) with diameter d for each entry? Thank you for your help!
