Opening surface plot

Hi all,

I'm trying to open out or unwrap a 3D cerebral aneurysm dome to see the plot as a 2D flat plot, if that makes sense. I have a coupled model with laminar flow and transport of diluted species. I have managed to open out the dome for the laminar flow results, to show WSS, but when I try to select the same for the concentration values, it doesn't seem to work? Has anyone come across something like this before?
