Rotating machynerry with rotor flow

I would need to deal with this problem.
I need a rotary device that had a rotor with one piece in the shape of a hollow ring which rotates to fill the metallic dust magnetic materials.
But there is always the problem that if I run Player so it rotates only the magnetic field
But the rotor remains in place.
