Modeling a Diode

Hi,
I am trying to follow the example of semiconductor diode available in:

www.comsol.com/showroom/documentation/model/114/

in a COMSOL 4.2.

I believe that I have followed exactly what is describe in the documentation files but I still have some problems in running the simulation. Can anyone comment on my simulation attached?
