Cross Section Import Problem

Hi

I am modeling a low pressure discharge and I need to import cross section data for copper in plasma module . I arranged a data file as instructions which I found in Comsol 4.2 Help but I encounter an error message :

"Interpolation grid axis values must be sorted in ascending order in each dimension.
Error in multiphysics compilation."
How can I fix this problem?
