Hi all,
I want to model a mixture of two fluids, as one of them gets evaporated. I have all the equations for mass balance, and defined a PDE Coefficient form with Neumann boundary condition over the mixture free surface. As fluid 1 evaporates, the whole mixture volume must decreases. I decided to do that with ALE.
The PDE form works well, and I can obtain the rate of evaporation from the PDE solution. This gives me the velocity at which the mixture free surface must go down.
I added this velocity to ALE using prescribed mesh velocity. The problem is that as I couple two modules, then COMSOL freezes. I have no idea why this happens. I appreciate if I can get some hints.
Regards
Shawn
