Hello everybody,
I'm trying to simulate a resonance mode oscillations of bimorph electrothermal actuator driven by Joule heating through AC current.
So far I've been trying to realize it through harmonic perturbation. So, I added a harmonic perturbation in addition to an applied electric potential. Then I did a Frequency- domain perturbation analysis in a range, which includes the resonance frequency of the actuator mechanical structure, in order to get a deflection sweep over a oscillation frequency. But it didn't work out at all...
Any help would be highly appreciated. I'm a sort of Comsol beginner, so I would be very grateful for the detailed answers if you could do that.
looking forward for your responces.
Thanks,
Olzhas
