Transient Laminar Fluid flow and heat transfer in Porous media

Hi

I'm trying to model coupled physics of transient steam flow through a porous medium and heat transfer between steam and the porous medium material and wall.

The porous medium has a low thermal conductivity but the wall is copper material.

1) What physical models do I couple?
2)What variable do I need?
3)how to I couple the physics

I will appreciate any comments and ideas.
