human body with comsol

Hi all,

My work consists to perform the calculation of the electromagnetic field (in the terahertz domain) scattered by a human body. My problem is to find the geometry of the human body. I used the software "Makehuman" to create the geometry (very easy !). My geometry is exported in .obj. Then I open this file with "Freecad" and I export in the format .step. Finally I open this last file with comsol. Unfortunately the objet obtained is like a "wireframe objet" and I cannot convert him in a solid objet...

Have you a geometry of a full human body to give me and compatible with comsol ?
