I am analysing capacitance over few layers and I wonder why those spikes appear in attached file? Is this some kind of numerical/computing problem? I think it should be flatline ... problem could be when voltege passes 0V point, yes?
applied voltage: 0.5*sin(2*pi*400*t [1/s])
time: range(10^(-6), 2.5*10^(-4), 0.125)
