"Failed to evaluate variable" Error

Hello,
I am new to comsol and am trying to design and simulate a square diaphragm piezoresistor pressure sensor. Attached is my model. I am able to mesh my model but I keep getting "failed to evaluate variable" error. I know it is complaining about the geometry but I have now clue how to fix it.

I really need help here.
