solid mechanics module help - using displacement to solve for force

Hello,

I am working with the Solid Mechanics module to take experimental deformation data of a bead in a gel and known material properties of both the gel and bead to calculate the force acting of the bead.

Please Help, I'm not sure how to solve for the force here. Relatively new to COMSOL.
