Error: Relative error is more than the relative tolerance.

I am trying to learn COMSOL. So I am trying a simple problem in structural physics, wherein I have a cylinder with a cavity. The cavity has a steel bolt grouted to its walls. Now a force is applied on the bolt outwards. I need to simulate the displacement in the various parts of the cylinder. I have given the material properties of the 3 materials. But still not getting a solution. I think the problem lies in dealing with the 2 interfaces.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
P.S. I am using comsol 4.2
