Good eveninng!!!
I simulate a rather simple model of GaN light-emitting diode in 3D. Unfortunately, each time I start computing an error message pops up : "Undefined value of comp1.Ne found at coordinates..." and the same about comp1.Ph . Just in case I will point out that comp1.Ne and comp1.Ph denote electron density and hole density correspondingly.
Some told me that this problem most likely relates to incorrect boundary terms. I have checked them many times and haven't found any mistakes. The structure concerned is rather uncomplicated and it doesn't contain boundaries of type other than insulating, metal or heterojunction.
Equivalent 2D scheme works properly.
Best regards, Dmitry Moiseev.
