Movement of an Object in contact pair by deformed piezo surface

If a piezo surface is deformed due to application of voltage V, then how can a body be moved due to this deformation which is placed above it. As per the screen shoot, lower part is the piezo substrate and the upper part is the steel ball and kept in contact pair manner. For more contact force, load is applied from the top of the ball.
1.Can these two physics (Piezoelectric and structural mechanics) be coupled, as I am trying it from a long back but unable to succeed.
2. If both the piezo plate and ball is kept in contact pair, then whether piezo plate will be kept activated in structural mechanics physics?
My main problem is to couple the generated wave on piezo surface to the ball placed above it, may be selection of different physics will solve the problem so kindly suggest if any extra physics is required.
