I had a problem at the physical resolution(comsol 3.4) of my problem (modeling phase change), I used to ALE and I got this error

Failed to find consistent initial values.
The_relative_residual_is_greater_than_the_relative_tolerance
Relative_residual: 0.011
Last time step is not converged.
