How to model multi domain system in Comsol 4.4 ??

I want to know how to model multi domain system. I want to model adsorption cycle which consists of evaporator, adsorption bed and condenser.
How can I model these domains?

Also the cycle is operating in a batch process as the evaporator is isolated first from the adsorption bed then they are connected while condenser is isolated. After that, evaporator is isolated and condenser is connected to adsorption bed.
How can I simulate these procedure??
