coupling of physics

Hi,

I'm trying to use the voltage (electric potential) output of piezoelectric physics as an input (voltage) to the semiconductor physics. i don't know how to pass the voltage from piezoelectric physics to semiconductor physics. is there any way to do it. please help me in solving this problem. Please let me know if more information is required.
