Various Problems for Two Phase Flow coupling with Electrostatic

Hi! I am working on Two Phase Flow coupling with Electrostatic using transient (phase initialization and time dependent) solver to simulate electrospray phenomenon, I have encounter some problems and wish to get some opinion from you all! My problem:

1.When I set my Electric Potential to 1000 V, the solver able to solve it, when I want to solve in 5000 V, the solution cannot converge or it take too long time to solve. I knew that there is a way called “continuation parametric sweep” , but I am not really understand how to set up as I wish to use my successful 1000 V result as reference for my 5000 V case, is it the correct method to go for?

2.I understand that in Two Phase Flow, either Level Set or Phase Field method, there would be some mass loss/inaccurate interface but can be fix by switch on the “Conservative Form” at the Advanced Settings, but the solution seems to take forever to converge, what is going on?

3.To couple both physics, I use the method as in the “Electrocoalescence” in the Model Library. Is it any possibility that the Electric Force that I set up and put it in the Volume Force can focus on apply on the liquid-gas interface?
If anyone wish to take a look on my model, I am more than happy to upload it here!

Thank you for your time!

Best Regards,
Cheong
