How to do a Coupling a structure to a fluid domain using pairs

Dear all,
My question is very simple: I try to realize a coupling between a fluid and a structure using identity pairs. My geomtry fail to be imported using the union, and I want to work with the assembly mode, and therefore with pairs.

My tests with simple geometry fail. Here is an example with very simple geometry finalized with the assembly mode
