Semiconductor Module: Single Electron Transistors

Hey there guys, I have been doing some tutorials on the semiconductor module on comsol. I have done the MOS transistor tutorials. I wanted to know how and to what extent I can apply comsol's functions to the modeling of a single electron transistor. Thank you.
