Ultrasonic Atomization

Hi All,
We want to simulate the ultrasonic atomization (Piezo electric transducers) phenomenon in the Acoustics Module.
for (Experimental, and Theoretical) verification and validation

if any one have some guidelines or material it will be helpful to start with.
