comsol 4.3 vs comsol 3.5a

hi,
I am trying to reproduce a tutorial "Band gap analysis of Photonic crystal" in comsol multiphysics. This tutorial has been carried out in COMSOL 3.5a but I am trying to reproduce this result in COMSOL 4.3 version. During this simulation work I am facing some problem regarding changes in MODEL BUILDER in 3.5a and 4.3.

1) what are the replacement of "INTEGRATION COUPLING VARIABLES and SUBDOMAIN VARIABLES" in COMSOL 4.3.

2) what are the replacement of "EIGEN FREQUENCY TAB and EIGENVALUE LINEARIZATION" in comsol 4.3

3) what is the replacement of "Global equation" in comsol 4.3

and, Can any one suggest the other changes and its replacement which have been done in comsol 4.3 from 3.5a
