AC/DC module ground problem

Hi
i am new to comsol, i am working on an electrostatic, I want to get the electric field due to a charge distribution, but when i work without ground, i got an unexpected solution totaly, and when I use a ground, it affects the answer, so is there is any way to get electric field without putting a ground?
