Data import from one simulation in comsol to another

Hi,

I checked the heat transfer in solids for my structure and now I need to use this heated up condition as an initial condition to cool down the device and see how long it will take, (time dependent study),

Anyone knows how to import data (temperature in different domains) to a new simulation?
