Doubt with extrusion coupling

Dear all,

I have been reading the documentation on extrusion coupling and the packed bed reactor example in which extrusion coupling is used.

I have a couple of questions:

1) How to select the destination map: do you have, in essence, to "convert" both lines to a single length? (multiply/ divide x as appropriated)?

2) I assume that the extruded variable would be continuously defined in the new domain. Does it catch the dependency with the new space dimension?
