Line gragh along a cross section shape

Hi

I have a cylinderical model. As you know if a cut plane is defined (no parallel with the base plan) cuts the cylinder, we will have an elliptical shape cross section in the boundaries.
How I can plot a line graph in 1D plot group for the ellipse that the y-axis to be Stress along the lenght of ellipse and x-axis to be arc lenght?
