Add a specific rectangular surface as data set for post-process inside 3D geometry

Hello all,

Currently I am trying to add a rectangular surface as a data set inside my 3D geometry for the post-analysis. The four vertex of my rectangular surface has coordinate (x,y,z) provided as below:

Point-1 (0.29365, -0.36165, 0.018)
Point-2 (0.2552,-0.295, 0.018)
Point-3 (0.29365, -0.36165, 0.001)
Point-4 (0.2552, -0.295, 0.001)

Would anyone know how I can add this rectangular surface as data set inside my 3D geometry? The most commonly used way to add surface data set in a 3D geometry is cut-plane however that rectangular surface is only part of the cut plane and I am only interested to do the post-process data analysis on that surface. I also do not want to add extra surface in my geometry sequence since at that case I have to re-simulate the new geometry. The only thing I want to do is adding a customized rectangular surface as data set and post-process it.

Thanks a lot for help,

Terry
