failed to evaluate variable jacobian

Hi everybody,
i want to do the exapmle of carbon deposition in heterojeneous catalysis at the end when i excute compute i get the following message: failed to avaluate variable jacobian:
variable: re. T
Global scope:
Feature: Time-dependent solver 1 (sol1/t1)
Error: Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
I repeated the work several time but i encountred the error and i can't find any think about the error
what could be the problem?
