How to get materials fuctions?

Hi I am an absolute beginner to Comsol and I am working on residuals stress of multi layer thin films simulation.

Does anyone work with Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 or LaSrCoO3?
I want to get materials properties. How to can I get the information of materials properties. In addition, the fuctions of the material properties consist of temperature and I could not find the information in matweb.

Could anybody help me on this?
