Reference Point for Moment computation

Hello,

I am using the 2D beam module in order to model 2 structures A and B and to couple them together through 2 springs. The springs have stiffness in the x and y directions, but also a rotational stiffness. I couple the 2 structures by adding a point load at the contact points and the force can look like to following:
kx*(ca2x-cb2x)
ky*(ca2y-cb2y)
mz*(ca2m-cb2m)

where ca2m and cb2m is the rotation at the contact point.

How can I know if the rotation is computed locally or globally? Indeed mz*(ca2m-cb2m) is a moment, and according to the documentation, the moment is calcuted globally with respect to a reference point.

Thank you in advance for your support.
regards,
