Hi all,
I want to plot the curve of effective index as a function of the wavelength in a silicon waveguide. So I use RF module with perpendicular wave and define the lambda0_rfwv to lambda in Scalar Variables. Then I go to solver parameters to define the range of lambda for sweeping. Then I go to solve this problem. But it seems like that comsol does not give correct mode for each input wavelength. So my question is that can the eigenvalue solver and parametric solver work together in one run?If yes, how? I use comsol 3.5.
Thanks,
Chenguang
