(Surface) plot of time dependent diffusion equation solved on a 2D- disk.

Hello,

I have solved a time dependent diffusion equation on a circular disk. I would now like to visualize the results as a surface, where a one dimensional cross section of the solution (the concentration vs. radius) is plotted as a function of time.

I do not want to just solve the one dimensional case as I probably will need the two dimensions as I expand my model..
