3D graphics Problem and Cantilever Beam Error

Hello,

I have attached my model. I have 2 problems. I am simply trying to make a cantilever beam but I get an error. Solver failed to find a solution. In fact it is a simple mechanism. Also, I can not see the deflection in the graphics, only color chart is available to understand this but I want it to be also shown graphically.

The last question: Should I choose boundary Load or Body load? What is the difference between these? If I choose Body Load with point force, the force affects on the center of the volume of the body?
