Comsol won't create multiple meshes

I have a problem with Comsol and meshes. I have a carbon fibre, with copper at either end, sitting on top of a piece of glass. I illuminate the carbon fibre and look at heat transfer. I need a good resolution for the carbon fibre, but not for the copper and glass. I therefore have three separate meshes; one for the carbon fibre, one for the glass and one for the copper. Comsol creates meshes, but when running the study, only the first mesh gets created (copper), the carbon fibre and glass are not included in the simulation results and I get the following warning:

in geometry 1, mesh case 0.
Not all domains are meshed.

No mesh on domain 4
in geometry 1, mesh case 1.

Would you be able to tell me what I am doing wrong here?
