model coupling

Dear sir or madam,

I have a problem about coupling of a laminar flow domain and thin film flow-shell domain, 3d case.
I have to transfer the pressure on an edge to the whole surface,shown in the attachment. The pressure
varies along the edge and keeps constant in vertical direction. Can you show me how to do the coupling, please?
