problem with Implementing two region diffusion

Hi all,
I've big problem with two region diffusion. I have two region and each region with a laminar flow and solute transport physics.I want to let each system to diffuse free across the boundary between two region. but i don't know what type of boundary i have to apply to interface between two region????? should it be "concentration" or "open boundary" or ...??!!
