Hi,
Does any one knows what exactly the reciprocal of the time step means in a transient simulation. How far its value must fall in order to have converged results wrt time. In my simulation it never falls below 10^1. I am using default settings for time stepping (i.e free) and relavent tolerances. The time step I am using is 1X10^-4 sec. I have also noticed that if I change to strict or intermediate stepping the code returns unphysical results and the reciprocal of the time steps never falls below 10^4.
