Capacitance as a function of frequency plot

As the subject,
I would like to know how to make plot of Capacitance vs Frequency.
I am using AC/DC module and electrostatics study..
moreover, i have computed using stationary step to plot the electric potential and compute capacitance in an applied voltage.
Now I want to make plot Capacitance vs frequency. However I confuse what module or study I have to use?

Could anyone help me?
